I just found this unit today. I am not sure whether you have seen it yet but I took the time to take pictures of the unit today just to make sure that you have. In my opinion this unit is better that the other unit we saw because the view of KLCC in this unit is more prominent. Layout of the unit and the size is the same as the one we saw in Block D. I talked to the owner just now and she said that she is asking for RM1.7m but I'm sure she can settle for less than that amount. This unit comes with three carparks. I found this unit today and wanted you to let you know of its availability. This unit is bigger than the previous unit in Block D and has better flooring. The unit in my opinion has a better view and is pretty windy. It's balcony faces the same direction as the one in Block D. Car park is also located just right outside the lift.
